Welcome to Pizza Parm

We like to think of Pizza Parm as a pizza condiment that is intended to be sprinkled on your pizza just before eating (although, if you are making your own pie, you could certainly add it before you bake it). Our recipe is an exquisite blend of parmesan and romano cheeses seasoned with hot peppers and spices and is designed to enhance your favorite pizza without altering it's basic flavor profile. If you're the kind of person that likes parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on your pizza, then Pizza Parm is a MUST for your arsenal! Available in Medium (for the average Joe), Hot (for the seasoned professional) and Exrta Hot (for the extremist), these jacked-up cheese blends will be certain to tantalize your taste buds.   

Pizza Parm is a St Louis, Missouri based company with a passion for making your favorite pizza taste even better.  The idea for Pizza Parm came one evening... in a bar... drinking beer... and eating pizza. My buddy and I both would put parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on our pizza. We thought, "How barbaric! The cheese and peppers in separate containers? There has to be a better way!" (Also, the red pepper flakes never want to come out of the under-sized slots of the container. Don't get me started!!)  Fast forward to now and we have a well balanced blend of cheeses, multiple peppers and spices that goes well beyond parmesan and red pepper alone (and it dispenses easily from the container).
